Each box contains two pairs of inserts, so you will always have a pair handy to wear!
Each product has its own sizing chart and sizing goes according to unpadded bra sizes (e.g. B75) , not cup size(e.g. B). If you are in-between sizes, some products require you to size up or size down. You will be able to find them in each specific product page when you’re shopping, or view the full guide here! Please choose carefully or ask us for assistance as we are unable to do exchanges or refunds.
Our adhesive products are not intended for individuals who have sensitive skin or thin skin, skin allergies or women who are breastfeeding. Given the increased sensitivity during pregnancy, it is recommended to exercise caution when using our adhesive products, as they may potentially cause discomfort.

Like traditional inserts, BOOMBA inserts need to be used inside clothing. They cannot be used by themselves.
STEP 1
Ensure skin is clean and free from all oils and skin residue. Stick the inserts onto the inside of your clothing item.
STEP 2
Put the clothing item on and adjust breasts to desired height and position.
STEP 3
Stick inserts onto skin and press firmly to secure. Tighten garment if possible for best results.

- Standard Shipping costs MYR 7.99 (West Malaysia) and MYR 17.99 (East Malaysia) for orders under MYR 185
Estimated Delivery Times - Your order will take 1-2 business days to pack in addition to the standard delivery time frames as below:
- Standard Delivery (West Malaysia): 2-4 business days
- Standard Delivery (East Malaysia): 4-9 business days
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number once your order ships. If any products in your order are out of stock, we can choose to ship from the nearest overseas warehouse. The average shipping times are estimates and not guarantees, additional delays may occur. Please note that updates for tracking numbers from certain carriers may not be available until the parcel arrives at the destination country.
Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 2-4 business days. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure the address provided is correct. The BOOMBA team will do our best to accommodate changes in the shipping information, but once the parcel has been dispatched, we will no longer be able to change the information. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to be available when the parcel arrives. If a parcel gets sent back due to the customer being unavailable or due to an error in the shipping information provided, a MYR 100 reshipment & reprocessing fee applies for free / standard shipments, and additional charges may apply for Expedited Shipments. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.
Please kindly note that if the inserts do not fit well due to the user's bra size being outside of the recommended sizing range in the sizing chart provided for each product, no refund or exchange will be available. Do also note that Expedited Shipping cost is non-refundable.
