Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

Please note that due to our strict hygiene policy, ALL self-adhesive BOOMBA inserts, BOOMBA bras, nipple covers, body tape, accessories, and promotional items may not be returned for a refund, credit, or exchange unless you have received damaged, defective or the wrong item(s).

If an item is missing from your order or you received damaged, defective or the wrong item(s), please let us know within 5 days of delivery and we will do our best to assist you.

For everything else, we pride ourselves on our customer service. Should you be at all dissatisfied, we promise to make your return experience an easy one.
